Experiments have proved that the Bio-scouring Enzyme MCH-151-treated textiles will be of strengthened water absorption and diffusion capacity that correspondingly makes dyeing easy by improving dyeing power and leveling property in dyeing processes. Performances and characteristics 1.Bio-scouring Enzyme MCH-151 will cut down scouring loss by 1.5%, save dye by 8% and softener by 10% (specific effect depends on the quality of cloth, water, etc.) 2.Greatly reduce the number of auxiliaries used, which highly simplifies bleaching process. 3.Lower fiber damage in the process of bleaching, improve fiber capillary effect and hydrophilicity. 4.The Bio-scouring Enzyme MCH-151-treated textiles are of bleaching uniformity and good leveling property, avoiding uneven dyeing results from addition or uneven addition of alkali.
