Fluorescent brightener remover and machine cleaning agent It powerfully and speedily removes fluorescent brightener from fluorescent dyed cotton ,nylon ,or wool .It causes no problems such as process odor ,machine oxidation (damage to stainless machine bodies )or fabric yellowing-the disadvantages of treatment using sodium chlorrite (NaCIO2) or other chlorine . It also effective as a machine cleaning agent after fluorescent brightening .It speedily breaks down fluorescent dyestuff ,followed only by hot rinsing to complete the process . It use also possible possible indecoloring of dyed yarns and fabric after fixing ,and effective as a machine cleaning agent after reactive ,cationic ,indigo dyeing. Applications (1) Fluorescent brightener remover for cotton ,nylon or wool and machine cleaning agent afer fluorescent brightening. For removal of fluorescent birghtener :owf 1-2% For machine cleaning after fluorescent brightening :1-2g/L 80-90*10-20min .dipping .Warm and cold rinsing required after treatment. .Dechlorination or oxalic acid treatment is unnecessary. (2) Decoloring and fix remover of reactive dyestuff and machine cleaning agent after reactive dyeing. For decoloring of reactive dyestuff :owf 1-2% For machine cleaning after reactive dyeing :1-2g/L 80-90*10-20min .dipping→warm and cold rinsing .The simultaneous use of REMOVER L 1-2g/L makes possible simultaneous defixing and decoloring, .Decoloring is possible at any rate through adjustment of temperature and time . (3) Decoloring of cationic dyestuff and machine cleaning agent after cationic dyeing For decoloring of cationic dyestuff :owf 2-5% For machine cleaning after cationic dyeing :1-2g/L 80-90*10-20min .dipping→warm and cold rinsing .Decoloring is possible at any rate through adjustment of temperature and time . (4) Decoloring of indigo dyestuff and machine cleaning agent after indigo dyeing For decoloring of indigo dyestuff :owf 1-2% For machine cleaning after indigo dyeing :1-2g/L 60-80*10-20min .dipping→warm and cold rinsing .The simultaneous use of REMOVER L 1-3g/L produces level decoloring of indingo dyestuff. .Decoloring is possible at any rate though adjustment of temperature and time.
