Brief Description EMT is a newly urtralow formaldehyde anti-crease resin in which the content of free formaldehyde is less than 0.4%. Mainly Used in the finishing of woven or knitted fabrics of cellulose, Can significantly improve the crease-resistance of finished fabric. Physical Properties Appearance: Colorless and slightly yellowish viscous liquid pH(1% solution): 3.5 - 4.5 Solubility: Dispersible in both cool and warm water Properties and Features Used in the anti-crease finishing of cotton, T/C and other blending woven or knitted fabrics.Can remarkably improve the crease resistance of finished fabric. Fabric finishing Pad Process: two dip two pad (pickup 70-80%) → drying (pick-up 10-15% under 80-100 oC) → Stentering at 150-160 oC for 3-5 min. GarmentfinishingExhaust Process: dipping for 5-20 min 1.5-3% → dehydrate (pick-up 70-80%) → drying (pick-up 10-15% under 80-100 oC) → curing at 150-160 oC for 3-5 min. Package & Storage 50KG or 100KG in one plastic drum, nontoxic and can be stored for 2 years under room temperature and hermetic condition.
